When events are created using a shared mailbox or on behalf of another person through delegation, available event management actions depend on your role.
Shared mailbox scenarios
In shared mailbox scenarios, permissions depend on whether you're the organizer, a co-organizer, or a mailbox member.
To manage and run an event, access reports, or publish recordings, you must be the organizer or an explicitly assigned co-organizer. Shared mailbox members who aren't added as co-organizers have limited access and can only edit scheduling details.

Delegate scenarios
In delegate scenarios, the mailbox owner (delegator) has the broadest access and can create templates, duplicate events, and view event recaps. Delegates who aren't explicitly added as co-organizers have limited access and can only edit scheduling details
